Drinking Water Plants for Communities & Villages

We size each plant on the number of people served, the average daily consumption and peak demand — not on a rough estimate. The design includes enough storage capacity to keep supply running during power outages or maintenance work.

Treatment stages include pre-filtration, reverse osmosis, pH adjustment and final disinfection with CL 700 sodium hypochlorite to prevent bacterial growth in the network and storage tanks.

Investment Plants for Water Retail

This is a business project before it is a technical one, so we start by calculating the cost per cubic meter produced: power consumption, membrane life, chemicals and maintenance. We then design the plant to achieve the highest possible recovery at the lowest operating cost — because the profit margin in this business is made in these details.

We recently delivered a 35 m³/hour commercial desalination system running on well water with a salinity of 5,000 ppm.

Water Bottling Factories

Bottling factories have additional requirements: consistent water quality, ease of cleaning and sanitation, and documented operating readings. We supply the complete treatment line, connect it to the bottling line, and set out a clear periodic cleaning and sanitation program for the operating team.
