We deliver a complete solution to the water problem from start to finish: water analysis and an engineering study, then design, manufacturing, assembly and operation of the plant, then maintenance and expansion with quality spare parts and chemicals essential for daily operation. This means the client deals with a single party responsible for the final result: water of the required quality with a known operating cost.

Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Treatment Plants

We design and deliver reverse osmosis desalination plants with production capacities ranging from small units for facilities and small businesses up to thousands of cubic meters per day. Our systems handle source water with salinity reaching up to 50,000 ppm (TDS), achieving a salt-rejection rate of up to 99% for some models, producing water suitable for drinking at levels that go down to as low as 120 ppm.

The system typically includes a pretreatment stage (sand, carbon and fine-cartridge filters), a high-pressure dosing pump, membrane housings, a control panel, a chemical dosing unit, and storage tanks. Components are chosen based on the source water — never on a fixed specification.

Seawater Desalination

For coastal sites where salinity exceeds 32,000 ppm, we deliver seawater plants with dedicated membranes and pressures, corrosion-resistant materials, and a membrane protection program built around ALS 750 antiscalant. These plants are used in resorts and hospitality projects, in agriculture and irrigation, and in expanding coastal facilities’ access to water.

Well & Groundwater Desalination

Libya’s well water varies widely in salinity and fouling, and some of it contains silica or iron that damages membranes. We start by analyzing the water, then determine the essential pretreatment stages and the right antiscalant — ALS 720 for Libya’s typical well water, ALS 710 for lower-salinity water, and ALS 2000S where silica is the issue.

Sewage & Industrial Wastewater Treatment and Reuse

We deliver treatment plants for sewage and industrial wastewater to produce water safe for reuse in irrigation or within the industrial process itself. Reuse isn’t just an environmental issue — it directly cuts water-sourcing costs for any factory or farm that consumes significant amounts of water daily.

Water Supply Plants & Investment Plants

We deliver plants for drinking-water sale and water-bottling projects, with lines covering purification, final treatment and hydrogen-ion (pH) control, plus a study of the sustainable production capacity that matches expected demand so the project’s viability is clear before construction begins.

Small Facilities & Establishments Units

Compact, commercially-designed treatment units for villas, offices, farms and hospitals, making network or well water suitable for daily drinking and use, sized to fit small-scale consumption.

Operation, Maintenance & Spare Parts

Our team includes engineers, skilled technicians and a maintenance center in Misrata. We provide periodic maintenance contracts, site visits, quality chemical membrane cleaning with ALS 780, and replacement of membranes, cartridges, filters and control valves, with training for the client’s team on daily operation and follow-up on plant indicators.

Water Treatment Chemicals of Our Own Manufacturing

We produce seven products in Misrata to protect and preserve membranes, treat water and control its dosage, distributed within Libya and exported to Jordan, Algeria and Syria. See the details of every product and its use case on our ALS Products page, and our team can calculate the right dosage for your water free of charge.

How We Work

Step 1

Water Analysis

Send us your water or take a sample from the site, and we determine salinity, fouling type, turbidity, and any silica or iron content.
Step 2

Study & Technical Proposal

We define technology, capacity and treatment stages, and provide a plan for execution timeline, specifications and expected operating cost.
Step 3

Manufacturing

We manufacture and assemble the unit in our Misrata workshop, to a fully finished standard, with pre-shipping testing.
Step 4

Assembly & Commissioning

Installed on site, mechanical and electrical connection, trial operation, and handover of the plant running to its agreed specifications.
Step 5

Training

Training your team on daily operation, washing, dosing and monitoring the meters, with an operation and maintenance guide.
Step 6

Maintenance & Support

Periodic maintenance contracts, spare parts, chemicals of our own manufacturing, and technical support at the first sign of any drop in performance or quality.

The Water Sources We Work With

Well and groundwater water, seawater, public network water, and sewage and industrial wastewater. Every source has a different design and a different chemical program, and there is no single solution that fits all of them.
