A factory doesn’t just need clean water — it needs water with defined specifications for each use on site: demineralized water for boilers, drinking water for staff accommodation, process water for production, and treatment of industrial effluent before discharge or reuse. We design a system for each use, rather than a single system that tries to satisfy everything and satisfies nothing.

Boiler Feed Water

Scaling inside a boiler means higher fuel consumption and a risk of tube failure. We supply demineralized water to boiler-feed specifications, with a dosing system that protects the membranes using ALS 720 antiscalant and a periodic cleaning program.

Process Water & Staff Accommodation Water

Every industry has its own allowable limits for hardness, chlorides and silica. We define the required specification with you, build the design around it, and provide a separate line supplying drinking water to staff accommodation that meets drinking-water standards.

Industrial Effluent Treatment & Reuse

Treating industrial effluent turns a cost for the factory into a water source: every cubic meter reused is a cubic meter you don’t buy or truck in. We build treatment plants suited to the effluent your operation produces, bringing the water back to a quality fit for irrigation or for reuse in the process itself.

Phased Expansion

It rarely makes sense to build full production capacity on day one. In our ceramics factory project in Misrata, we delivered four systems of 250 m³/day each in phases between 2023 and 2026, so water capacity grew with the factory without interrupting production.

Industrial Maintenance & Minimizing Downtime

In a factory, the cost of downtime far exceeds the cost of maintenance. We offer preventive maintenance contracts, scheduled visits, a stock of critical spare parts and chemical membrane cleaning with ALS 780, along with training the factory team on daily monitoring.

We Need Three Things to Get Started
Your source water analysis, the required daily capacity, and the specification needed for each use on site. We’ll send you a technical study and a preliminary proposal.
